There seems to be some characteristically binding relation between these two mind snatching illnesses. Each seemingly robbing the victim of his or her mental ability to determine or distinguish reality. He or she gradually loses the thought process. There is the premise that the brain slowly deteriorates, rendering it less and less able to function. This brings on the question of whether the brain cells can be nourished to the point of mental restoration or must one live with the fact that once lost, the brain cells are permanently gone.
During this mental ineptness, there are periods when memory briefly returns. There should be constant observation during these crucial periods to determine if certain foods or medicines are contributable to this return. It is an established fact that ginko stimulates the flow of blood to the brain. Since oxygen is retrieved through blood flow, could it be that healthy brain cells depend on nutrient rich diets that ignite an increased flow of the brain's blood supply?
Here we realize that the death of brain cells contribute to loss of memory.Looking at dementia alone,it is caused in one instance by abusing alcohol or excessive drinking. What is the connection between alcohol and the brain? Alcohol,if enough is concumed causes one to become intoxicated. He then loses so many of his brain cells. At each occurance, more of the brain's cells are lost which contributes to dementia later in life.
Alcohol depresses the central nervous system. You become somewhat slower than if you were completely sober. It suppresses part of your brain that controls judgement. There seems to be a great co-relation between alzheimers and dementia. The lack of judgement and poor concentration are factors within the symptoms of each. The thoughts become scattered. You experience short term memory loss. Blackouts. All of which are leading straight in the direction of brain damage. Shrinkage of the brain.
This brings up the question of ,When you lose so many of your brain cells, can they be regained? There are foods and minerals that nourish the brain, but can they replace what is lost. How deeply has this subject been addressed, and does a remedial solution lie within. There has been instances where specific amounts of electrical current has stimulated the brain to a degree when used in cases of coma.
The brain is a delicate subject to say the least. We then return to the solution at hand. The proper foods and exercise will work wonders toward prolonging a healthy life if not preventing all together the awful experience of some of these dredded sicknesse
